The club currently has 4 layouts.
The Primary Layout is a semi permanent sectional layout that is available for member use. It is owned by the Club.
Some modules were originally built by individual members. Others were built by the Club. When all the modules were constructed, there was no specified geographical area, era, season or terrain. As long as the modules met the specifications for wiring, track height, and track alignment to join adjacent sections. After the move Clark Station, some modules were rearranged from where they stood at our last location to make a more plausible arrangement.
The second layout is our Traveling Layout. It used to travel and we used it for display at train shows, libraries and other public events. It has retired from traveling and is now permanently set up at Clark Station. It has a footprint of 28 x 10′ with three main lines. The Downtown side of the layout is the 50’s era and the Industrial side is the modern era.
The third layout is the Copley Layout. It was a gift to us from the Estate of our late member Don Copley. It was moved into storage after Don’s passing in January 2024. It is currently being reconstructed at Clark Station.
And last but not least, the Thomas & Friends Layout which is especially for the young and the young at heart, is 60 x 40″ and just 24 inches off the ground. This layout is currently only set up on special occasions because of limited floor space.

Usually in Model Railroading, West is to the left and East is to the right no matter which direction you are actually facing
